A rotating wheel is rotated to drive a threaded rod to rotate, the threaded rod is screwed into a mounting column and drives a sliding seat and a push block to move downwards, at the moment, a clamping plate I extrudes a clamping plate II in a connecting plate, so that the clamping plate II is clamped into a clamping groove I, and a mounting frame drives a sealing plate to extrude the surface of a splicing template; therefore, the sealing performance between the splicing template and the mounting column 11 can be further improved while the splicing template is fixed.
