The invention discloses a basement bearing platform concrete layered pouring and vibrating device and a using method thereof.The device comprises a guiding mechanism, a driving mechanism and a vibrating mechanism, the guiding mechanism comprises a guiding frame and a limiting block, the limiting block is slidably connected with the guiding frame, the driving mechanism comprises a rotating motor and a telescopic assembly, and the telescopic assembly is connected with the limiting block; the rotating motor is connected with the telescopic assembly and drives the telescopic assembly to rotate, the limiting block is connected with the vibrating mechanism, and the vibrating mechanism is used for compacting concrete poured on the bearing platform foundation; the method comprises the following steps: 1) azimuth adjustment; 2) position adjustment; (3) a vibrating mechanism is pre-adjusted; (4) vibrating is started; and (5) lifting adjustment is carried out. When the device and the method are adopted for vibrating concrete poured on the bearing platform in a layered mode, the effect of diffusing from the center to the periphery is achieved, the single-circle vibrating face covers the whole movement track, vibrating is uniform, and when single-layer poured concrete is vibrated, the effect of completely and automatically covering the whole area is achieved.
