The invention discloses a system for radically treating mildewing and saltpetering of a wall surface and rejecting water seepage of the wall surface. The system comprises a standard atlas, a process flow diagram, a scraper knife, a high-speed miniature blower, a stirrer, a permeable sand fixing agent, a powder material, a liquid material, sealing and twisting glass fabric, a scraper blade, a brush, quartz sand and a sand blasting machine which are matched with one another for use. A method for radically treating wall surface mildewing and saltpetering and rejecting wall surface water seepage comprises the steps that (1) a construction area is determined according to the wall surface mildewing and saltpetering conditions; (2) the wall surface of the construction area is shoveled, and a construction leveling layer is obtained; and (3) dust and water vapor attached to the construction leveling layer after the wall surface is shoveled are blown away. According to the system and method for radically treating mildewing and saltpetering of the wall surface and rejecting water seepage of the wall surface, the treatment steps are standardized, the treatment difficulty is reduced, a common user can complete treatment of the wall surface by himself/herself, meanwhile, building material cracks and gaps can be filled after treatment, and the construction efficiency is improved. The micro siphonage phenomenon is effectively avoided, so that wall surface water seepage is avoided, and the mildewing and alkali efflorescence phenomena are fundamentally treated.
