The invention provides a high-precision and high-strength concrete cushion block based on a steel slide way jacking technology and a use method, and relates to an alternate stress principle of a steel slide way and the high-precision and high-strength concrete cushion block and a use method of a concrete engineering cushion block, a concrete working cushion block and a concrete cushion block with any thickness. After an upper structure is jacked by a certain height through a steel slide way underpinning system, a concrete engineering cushion block is installed in the center of a column, a jack retracts, the concrete engineering cushion block is stressed, a concrete working cushion block is installed below the jack, and after jacking is repeated for multiple times, the concrete engineering cushion block formed by stacking column cores is stressed, so that the concrete engineering cushion block is formed. The steel slide way is sealed by an outer sealing steel plate to form a steel pipe column, and fine aggregate concrete is poured between the steel pipe column and the column core to form a combined steel pipe concrete column; when the combined concrete filled steel tubular column is constructed to a beam-column joint, the plurality of concrete engineering cushion blocks and the concrete cushion blocks with any thickness are combined and overlapped, so that the support of any distance between the upper-layer joint plate and the lower-layer joint plate of the beam is realized.
本发明提出了一种基于钢滑道顶升技术的高精度高强度混凝土垫块及使用方法,包括钢滑道与高精度高强度混凝土垫块交替受力原理及混凝土工程垫块、混凝土工作垫块、任意厚度混凝土垫块的使用方法。通过钢滑道托换体系将上部结构顶升一定高度后,在柱中心安装混凝土工程垫块,千斤顶缩回,由混凝土工程垫块受力,在千斤顶下安装一块混凝土工作垫块,如此反复顶升若干次后,由柱芯叠成的混凝土工程垫块受力,用外封钢板将钢滑道封闭成钢管柱,在钢管柱和柱芯之间浇注细石混凝土形成组合钢管混凝土柱;当组合钢管混凝土柱施工至梁柱节点时,通过若干块混凝土工程垫块和任意厚度混凝土垫块进行组合叠加,实现梁上、下层节点板之间任意间距的支撑。
