The invention provides an all-solid-waste-based premixed fluid slurry curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The all-solid-waste-based premixed fluid slurry curing agent comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder; 15-20 parts of carbide slag powder; 13-18 parts of superfine steel slag powder; 15-19 parts of light-burned desulfurized gypsum; 5-15 parts of harmless aluminum ash; and 1-5 parts of an exciting agent. The all-solid-waste-based premixed fluid slurry curing agent disclosed by the invention is prepared from an industrial solid waste composite exciting agent, has certain mechanical strength at different ages during use, and meets the use requirements; compared with cement serving as a curing cementing material, the cost is lower, carbon emission is greatly reduced, resource utilization of industrial solid waste is achieved, and good social benefits and economic benefits are generated.
本发明提供了一种全固废基的预拌流态泥浆固化剂及其制备方法,所述全固废基的预拌流态泥浆固化剂包括按重量份数计的如下原料组分:粒化高炉矿渣粉30~35份;电石渣粉15~20份;钢渣超细粉13~18份;轻烧脱硫石膏15~19份;无害化铝灰5~15份;激发剂1~5份。本发明所述的全固废基的预拌流态泥浆固化剂通过工业固废复合激发剂制备得到,使用时在不同龄期均具有一定的力学强度,满足使用要求;与水泥作为固化胶凝材料相比,成本更加低廉,大幅度的减少了碳排放,实现了工业固废的资源化利用,产生良好的社会效益与经济效益。
