The invention discloses a method for preparing nano-hydroxyapatite by taking white latex as a template agent and application of the method. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, diluting the white latex with deionized water, fully and uniformly stirring, and then fully and uniformly stirring and mixing with a calcium source solution; s2, diluting white latex with deionized water, fully and uniformly stirring, then fully and uniformly stirring and mixing with a phosphate solution, and adjusting the pH value to 8-10 with ammonia water to obtain a mixed solution B; s3, slowly dropwise adding the phosphate solution into the calcium source solution, and fully reacting to obtain hydroxyapatite precipitate; and S4, aging, washing and centrifuging the hydroxyapatite precipitate, and then drying in a drying oven to obtain the nano-scale hydroxyapatite powder. The method is simple and easy to operate, and the synthesis time is short; colloid particles of white latex are regulated and controlled to serve as a generation template agent of hydroxyapatite, and nanoscale irregular particles are synthesized by adjusting pH, component concentration, reaction time and the like in the preparation process; the flowability and the stability are good.
本发明公开的一种白胶乳为模板剂制备纳米羟基磷灰石的方法及其应用具体包括S1、先将白乳胶用去离子水稀释后充分搅拌均匀,然后再与钙源溶液充分搅拌混合均匀;S2、将白乳胶用去离子水稀释后充分搅拌均匀,然后再与磷酸盐溶液充分搅拌混合均匀,并用氨水将pH调至8―10,得到混合溶液B;S3、将磷酸盐溶液缓慢滴加在钙源溶液中,待其反应充分后得到羟基磷灰石沉淀;S4、将所述羟基磷灰石沉淀进行陈化、洗涤、离心,然后烘箱干燥,得到纳米级羟基磷灰石粉体。本发明方法简单易操作,合成时间较短;本发明通过调控白乳胶的胶体粒子作为羟基磷灰石的生成模板剂,在制备过程中通过调节pH、组分浓度、反应时间等合成了纳米级不规则颗粒;具有良好的流动性和稳定性。
