The invention discloses a low-carbon cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out activity modification on saponified residues and silicon dioxide filter-press sludge, taking 100 parts by mass of modified saponified residues and 80-95 parts by mass of modified silicon dioxide filter-press sludge, adding 2-5 parts by mass of gypsum and 0.2-0.5 part by mass of a grinding aid, grinding for 20-40 minutes, adding 5-12 parts by mass of nano aluminum silicate sol, and continuously grinding for 10-20 minutes to obtain the low-carbon cementing material. The method for preparing the low-carbon cementing material by utilizing the saponified slag and the nano silicon dioxide filter-press sludge is realized by modifying the two solid wastes and reasonably using multiple functional components on the basis of calcium-silicon material complementary conditions of the silicon dioxide production filter-press sludge and the saponified slag, and resource utilization of the two solid wastes is realized.
本发明公开了一种低碳胶凝材料及其制备方法。本发明分别通过对皂化渣和二氧化硅压滤淤泥活性改性后,取质量份数改性皂化渣100份和改性二氧化硅压滤淤泥80~95份,加入石膏2~5份、助磨剂0.2~0.5份,粉磨20~40min后,加入纳米硅酸铝溶胶5~12份继续粉磨10~20min获得低碳胶凝材料。本发明基于二氧化硅生产压滤淤泥和皂化渣的钙硅材料互补条件,通过对两种固废改性和多种功能组分的合理使用,实现了一种利用皂化渣和纳米二氧化硅压滤淤泥制备低碳胶凝材料的方法,实现了这两种固废的资源化利用。
