The rail brace type vibration reduction fastener system comprises an insulation coupling base plate, a bottom plate and a safety limiting base plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the safety limiting base plate is arranged at the bottom of a steel rail, side blocking frames are movably arranged at the positions, corresponding to the two sides of the steel rail, of the bottom plate, and mounting grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the bottoms of the side blocking frames, of the bottom plate; the tops of the side blocking frames are bent inwards to abut against the waist position of the steel rail, blocking shoulders are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the bottoms of the two sides of the steel rail, of the bottom plate, the blocking shoulders and the bottom plate form a mounting groove used for mounting the steel rail, and elastic rail bottom blocking blocks are arranged at the contact positions between the inner sides of the blocking shoulders and the bottom of the steel rail. And clamping mechanisms which are matched with each other are arranged between the rail bottom baffle block and the baffle shoulder. The system is of a separated structure and can be disassembled when necessary, all parts can be replaced, meanwhile, the side blocking frame can be completely restrained, and the limiting and restraining effect on the rail bottom is improved.
本发明公开了一种轨撑式减振扣件系统及其施工工艺,包括由下至上依次设置的绝缘耦合垫板、底板、安全限位垫板,安全限位垫板设置于钢轨底部,底板上对应钢轨两侧位置活动设置有侧挡架,底板上对应侧挡架底部位置设置有安装槽,侧挡架顶部向内弯折抵持在钢轨腰部位置,底板上对应钢轨两侧底部位置设置有挡肩,挡肩、底板形成一用于安装钢轨的安装槽,挡肩内侧与钢轨底部之间接触位置处设置有弹性的轨底挡块,轨底挡块与挡肩之间设置有相互配合的卡合机构。该系统采用分离式结构,必要时可以进行拆卸,所有的零件均可替换,同时能够对侧挡架进行完全约束,以及提高对轨底的限位约束效果。
