The roadbed settlement repairing device comprises a precast pile transversely penetrating into a roadbed, one end of the precast pile extends out of the side edge of the roadbed, a prestressed tendon is connected into the precast pile, the other end of the prestressed tendon is connected with a prestressed tendon anchorage device, the prestressed tendon anchorage device is arranged on the side edge of the roadbed, and a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the precast pile. The roadbed settlement repairing method comprises the following steps that the number, the arrangement layer number and the penetration length of precast piles are determined according to the settlement state of a roadbed; transversely penetrating the precast pile into the settled roadbed from the side edge of the roadbed from bottom to top; the prestressed tendons are tensioned, and the prestressed tendons are anchored on the roadbed through anchoring of the prestressed tendon anchorage devices; grouting equipment is adopted to inject grout into the roadbed through the grouting holes. The invention provides a roadbed settlement repairing device and method combining the soil squeezing effect and grouting.
