The invention relates to a construction method for removing a residual pile through lubrication of a sleeve around a pile in a multi-point drawing mode. The construction method comprises the steps of positioning of an old pile to be extracted, manufacturing of a clamping baffle ring, manufacturing and assembling of the sleeve around the pile, installation of a high-pressure slurry pipe, static pressure of the sleeve around the pile, pile clamping of the clamping baffle ring, extraction of the old pile to be extracted, extraction of the sleeve around the pile, pile extraction hole treatment, component recycling and the like. A high-pressure slurry pipe is arranged on the outer side of a casing pipe around an old pile to be pulled out and connected with a high-pressure injection pipe shoe at the bottom of the casing pipe, and the casing pipe shoe synchronously injects bentonite slurry in the static pressure process, so that lubricating layers are formed on the inner side and the outer side of the casing pipe around the pile, and the side friction resistance borne by the casing pipe in the sinking or pile pulling process is greatly reduced. A plurality of clamping baffle rings are vertically arranged in the sleeve at intervals, the to-be-pulled old pile is firstly pulled out through the lifting device and the multi-point inhaul cable, then the to-be-pulled old pile is removed, friction force borne by pulling of the to-be-pulled old pile is effectively reduced, safety and reliability are achieved, and disturbance to a soil body is small.
本发明涉及一种桩周套管润滑多点拉拔清除残桩施工方法,包括待拔旧桩定位、夹紧挡环制作、桩周套管制作及组装、高压泥浆管安装、桩周套管静压、夹紧挡环夹桩、待拔旧桩拔除、桩周套管拔除、拔桩孔处理、构件回收等步骤;待拔旧桩四周套管外侧设置高压泥浆管,并连接套管底部高压喷射管靴,套管管靴在静压过程中同步喷射膨润土泥浆,从而在桩周套管内、外侧形成润滑层,大幅降低套管下沉或拔桩过程中受到的侧摩阻力;套管内部竖向间隔设置数个夹紧挡环,通过起吊装置和多点位拉索先拔除待拔旧桩,后拔除套管方式完成待拔旧桩清除,有效降低了待拔旧桩起拔所受摩擦力,安全可靠,并且对土体扰动小。
