The invention relates to an extrusion type curved surface slip form paving device which solves the problem that a traditional paver cannot pave a transition section between a slope surface and a dam crest pavement. After being paved, the asphalt material is extruded and shaped by the slip form and can be mounted on a winch or other civil engineering equipment. The device is provided with the spiral distributing device, the vibrating mechanism, the pre-pressing section curved surface slip form and the shaping section curved surface slip form, asphalt concrete paving operation of various curved surfaces and transition sections can be completed, high adaptability is achieved, and construction of corner parts, transition parts and connecting parts which cannot be paved by a paver is completed.
