A formwork is arranged on the top face of the batten, a fastening nut is arranged between the side portion of the double-thread screw and the double-square-pipe transverse support, and a reinforcing rib is arranged on the bottom face of the shaping steel plate, and the post-cast strip shaping steel plate formwork is arranged, so that a traditional construction method of multi-layer plate formwork supporting on the two sides of a post-cast strip can be replaced; the construction progress of structural layers such as a waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer and a protective brick wall of the basement outer wall is accelerated, the completion time of earthwork backfilling around the basement is advanced, the turnover rate of reinforcing materials can be increased, labor input is saved, a water stop screw is not needed in the reinforcing process, only a double-thread screw head is needed, and screw input is saved; and the screw is directly connected with the shear wall, so that time and labor are saved.
