The wire burying device comprises a main body frame, a wire gathering cylinder and a driving machine are arranged on the upper side of the main body frame, a pipeline is wound on the wire gathering cylinder, a grooving roller is arranged between a front moving wheel and a rear moving wheel of the main body frame, and a first adjusting wheel and a second adjusting wheel are arranged on the right side of the grooving roller; in the wire embedding process, the positions of the locking rods are adjusted by means of different magnitudes of force acting on the pressure wheel when a pipeline is tensioned and the elastic force effect of the first spring, then rotation of the limiting wheels is adjusted, rotation of the second adjusting wheel is limited only when the pipeline is loosened, and the pipeline is prevented from being loosened. Energy consumption caused by resistance in the whole wire embedding process is reduced, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明涉及一种水利工程用埋线装置,包括主体框架,主体框架上侧设置有拢线筒和驱动机,拢线筒上缠绕有管线,主体框架的前移动轮和后移动轮之间设置挖槽滚筒,挖槽滚筒右侧设置有第一调节轮和第二调节轮,第二调节轮前后两端均转动连接有限制轮,本发明利用在埋线过程中,管线的张紧时作用在压力轮力的大小不同以及第一弹簧的弹力作用,调整锁杆位置,进而调整限制轮的转动,仅在管线松动时限定第二调节轮的转动,降低整个埋线过程中阻力对能源的消耗,节能环保。
