The invention relates to electric engineering machinery and provides a hood lifting and battery locking control system and electric engineering machinery in order to solve the problem that battery locking and hood closing of existing electric engineering machinery are not related. The control system comprises a hood lifting control electromagnetic valve, a battery locking control electromagnetic valve, a controller, a hood lifting control switch, a battery locking control switch and a hood posture detector. The controller is used for outputting corresponding control current for hood lifting, hood descending and hood stopping to the hood lifting control electromagnetic valve according to a state signal of the hood lifting control switch; when a hood lifting complete state signal output by the hood posture detector is received, corresponding control currents for battery locking, battery unlocking and locking stopping are output to the battery locking control electromagnetic valve according to a state signal of the battery locking control switch. According to the invention, the misoperation of unlocking the battery lock when the hood is in a closed state can be avoided.
