The invention discloses an aluminum honeycomb composite board partition wall which comprises a light steel keel and an aluminum honeycomb partition wall board detachably and fixedly connected to the front face of the light steel keel. Two limiting rods which are symmetrical up and down and are in the left-right axial direction are rotationally arranged on the back face of the aluminum honeycomb partition board, and positioning cavities are formed between the limiting rods and the back face of the aluminum honeycomb partition board; the light steel keel is of a frame-shaped structure, and a reinforcing rod located between the two limiting rods is fixedly connected into the light steel keel. The two limiting blocks extend into the two positioning cavities correspondingly, the inclined faces of the limiting blocks abut against the surfaces of the limiting rods, and therefore the aluminum honeycomb partition board can be fastened and fixed to the surface of the light steel keel; and the two limiting blocks can move oppositely under the action of the adjusting assembly so as to be separated from the interior of the positioning cavity and separated from the surface of the limiting rod, so that the aluminum honeycomb partition board can be detached from the light steel keel.
