The invention discloses a concrete pouring scattering prevention device and a use method thereof, belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and solves the problem that concrete scattering is easily caused during concrete pouring. The pouring device comprises a pouring tool and a support, the pouring tool comprises a hopper and a filling cylinder, the filling cylinder is communicated with the bottom of the hopper, the bottom of the hopper is placed on the support, two mounting grooves are formed in the bottom of the hopper in parallel, rolling wheels are arranged in the mounting grooves, two opening and closing plates are arranged at the joint of the filling cylinder and the hopper, and the opening and closing plates are movably arranged on the rolling wheels. The using method comprises the steps that the support is placed on a component to be poured, and the bottom of the hopper is placed on the support; the opening and closing plate is opened for pouring, and then the opening and closing plate is closed; and the support and the pouring tool are moved to the next component for operation. The hopper can support the pump opening to prevent shaking; and after pouring is completed, the opening and closing plate is closed, redundant concrete is temporarily reserved in the hopper and used for pouring of a next component, and concrete waste and scattering are avoided.
