本发明的目的在于提供一种地铁车站结构施工缝渗漏治理工艺，实现对施工缝外侧和主体结构与防水层之间的窜水通道进行修复，保证渗漏治理后续的耐久性；为达到上述目的，本发明的解决方法是提供一种地铁车站结构施工缝渗漏治理工艺，其特征在于，包括：S1:清理施工缝渗漏部位墙体基面；S2:使用检测设备辅助，确定垂直打孔位置和倾斜打孔位置；S3:对施工缝渗漏部位所在的墙体凿V型槽处理，槽面进行清理，再做防水处理；S4:对垂直打孔位置进行垂直钻孔，对孔内进行第一注浆处理；S5:对倾斜打孔位置进行倾斜钻孔，对孔内进行第二注浆处理；S6:在施工缝两侧的表面上作刚性防水层。
