The invention provides a vehicle window lifting control system and method and a vehicle, and the system comprises a wireless communication network which is used for the data transmission between vehicle window lifting terminals; the motor module is used for controlling the lifting of the vehicle window; the vehicle window lifting terminal is used for receiving the vehicle lifting instruction information and issuing a corresponding control instruction to the motor module; wherein the vehicle window lifting terminal located at the left front part of the vehicle is used as a coordinator of a wireless communication network and is wirelessly connected with the vehicle window lifting terminals located at other positions; meanwhile, the vehicle window lifting terminal located on the left front portion of the vehicle controls the vehicle window at the position of the vehicle window lifting terminal and issues control instructions to other vehicle window lifting terminals based on the wireless communication network, and lifting control over the vehicle windows at other positions is achieved; and the priority of the control instruction issued by the vehicle window lifting terminal located at the left front part of the vehicle is higher than that of the control instructions issued by the vehicle window lifting terminals at other positions.
