The invention provides an excavator working condition identification, timing and identification method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pilot pressure signal of a handle when equipment runs; and according to the pilot pressure signal, the working condition of the excavator is judged. And when all the pilot pressure signals are smaller than the first threshold value, it is judged that the working condition is the idling working condition. A handle signal is used for recognition, a sensor does not need to be additionally arranged for signal collection, cost is low, and implementation is easy.
本发明提供一种挖掘机作业工况识别与计时与识别方法,包括以下步骤:获取设备运行时手柄的先导压力信号;根据所述先导压力信号,判断挖掘机作业工况。当所有先导压力信号均小于第一阈值时,则判定为怠速工况。本发明使用手柄信号进行识别,无需加装传感器进行信号采集,成本低且易于实现。
