The invention provides an autoclave sliding system which comprises an autoclave installation foundation pit, an autoclave base arranged in the autoclave installation foundation pit and used for supporting and fixing an autoclave, two sets of gantry cranes with action areas as the autoclave installation foundation pit, and an autoclave assembly area. The steering supporting part is arranged at the tank tail position of an autoclave assembly area and used for supporting and limiting; the traction translation part is arranged at the tank head position of the autoclave assembly area and used for supporting and limiting; a translation track parallel to the center line of the autoclave mounting foundation pit is arranged on the ground of the autoclave assembly area and below the steering support part; the steering supporting part provides supporting and corner supporting points for one end of the autoclave, the traction translation part is used for supporting the other end of the autoclave, overall angle adjustment of the autoclave is achieved by moving the traction translation part, and after adjustment is in place, hoisting butt joint of the autoclave and the gantry cranes is achieved through translation of the steering supporting part. And finally, the autoclave is mounted on the autoclave base.
本发明提供一种热压罐滑移系统,包括:热压罐安装基坑,设置在热压罐安装基坑内用于支承和固定热压罐的热压罐基座,作用区域为热压罐安装基坑的两套龙门吊,热压罐组装区,设置在热压罐组装区罐尾位置用于支撑限位的转向支撑部和设置在热压罐组装区罐首位置用于支承限位的牵引平移部;热压罐组装区地面位于转向支撑部下方设置有与热压罐安装基坑中心线平行的平移轨道;转向支撑部提供热压罐一端的支撑和转角支点,牵引平移部用于支承热压罐另一端,通过移动牵引平移部实现热压罐整体角度调整,调整到位后通过转向支撑部平移实现与龙门吊吊装对接,在两个龙门吊均实现吊装后,最终将热压罐安装在热压罐基座上。
