The invention provides a well cementation material. The well cementation material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 56-72 parts of cement; 6-8 parts of a heat conduction material; the heat-conducting material comprises heat-conducting particles and heat-conducting fibers in a mass ratio of (1.5-2.5): 8; the heat-conducting particles comprise copper, aluminum and graphite; 8-12 parts of a lightening material; 0.1 to 0.3 part of a water reducing agent; 0.02 to 0.08 part of a viscosity modifier; and 20-35 parts of a solvent. According to the well cementation material, the cement, the heat conduction material, the lightening material, the water reducing agent, the viscosity modifier and the solvent are combined, the composition proportion of all the substances is unique, a heat conduction path is strengthened, and the heat conductivity of the cement for well cementation reaches 1.75-1.90 W/(m.K) and is 70% higher than that of conventional high-heat-conductivity cement. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the cement for well cementation, the steps are simple, technological parameters are reasonably controlled, and industrial production is facilitated.
