Decorative concrete containing photochromic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of decorative concrete, and particularly discloses decorative concrete containing a photochromic material and a preparation method. The decorative concrete is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: water, cement, desulfurized gypsum, river sand, a photochromic material, an auxiliary inorganic pigment, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, an expanding agent, a polymer emulsion, polypropylene fibers and calcium sulfate whiskers. The photochromic material is obtained by sequentially coating the surface of river sand with an inner titanium dioxide layer, a silicon dioxide layer and an outer titanium dioxide layer and then treating the river sand with oleic acid acyl propyl dimethyl betaine and vinyl-tri (2-methoxyethoxy) silane. According to the decorative concrete, through the synergistic interaction among the raw materials, the decorative concrete is colored, can change color under the irradiation of visible light or ultraviolet light, has the advantage of high mechanical strength, and meets the market requirements.
