The portable emulsified asphalt spraying device comprises an insulating plastic tank, an asphalt tank is arranged in the insulating plastic tank, and the asphalt tank is located on the upper half portion in the insulating plastic tank; a temperature controller is arranged in the insulating plastic tank, located below the asphalt tank and connected with a heating belt, the heating belt is wound around the asphalt tank, and a heat insulation layer is arranged on the periphery of the heating belt. A pressure pump is further arranged in the insulating plastic tank and located below the asphalt tank, a through hole is formed in the lower end of the asphalt tank and connected with the input end of the pressure pump through a suction hose, the output end of the pressure pump is connected with an output hose, and the output hose is connected with a straight rod. The output hose is fixed to one end of a straight rod through a bolt, and a spray head is arranged at the other end of the straight rod. According to the invention, road damage areas, irregular corners and other areas can be rapidly and effectively repaired, and the pavement paving quality is effectively ensured.
