The invention discloses a fender mounting and connecting device and a mounting method thereof.The fender mounting and connecting device comprises a mounting plate and a plurality of fender assemblies, a buoyancy tank is mounted on one side of the mounting plate, a plurality of sleeves are vertically and fixedly connected to the other side of the mounting plate, and a connecting ring is mounted at the end, away from the mounting plate, of each sleeve; the sleeves and the connecting rings are arranged into two symmetrical rows, a connecting rod is movably arranged in every two corresponding connecting rings in the two rows in a penetrating mode, and embedded parts are installed at the two ends of each connecting rod; each fender assembly is provided with a cylindrical fender and two bearing frames, annular grooves are formed in the two ends of the side wall of each fender, and the two bearing frames are contained in the two annular grooves in the annular direction in a sliding mode by 90-180 degrees. The fender can rotate freely, stress concentration generated during collision is avoided, the height of the multiple fender assemblies can be automatically adjusted according to the water level, and therefore the good buffering effect can be achieved at any water level.
本发明公开了一种护舷安装连接装置及其安装方法,所述护舷安装连接装置包括安装板和多个护舷组件,所述安装板的一侧安装有浮箱,另一侧垂直固接有多个套管,每个套管远离所述安装板的一端安装有连接环,多个套管连同连接环排成相互对称的两排,两排中相对应的每两个连接环内活动穿设有一连接杆,每个连接杆的两端安装有预埋件;每个护舷组件设置有圆柱形的护舷和两个承托架,每个护舷的侧壁两端均开设有环形凹槽,两个承托架分别呈环向90~180°滑动容纳于两个环形凹槽内。本发明所述护舷可自由转动,避免冲撞时产生应力集中,多个护舷组件的高度可以根据水位自动调节,从而在任何水位都能获得较好的缓冲效果。
