The invention discloses a miniature static sounding test system and method for continuous penetration in a deepwater environment, the miniature static sounding test system comprises a support frame, a vertical plate is fixed on the support frame, a static sounding probe and a vertical rod are arranged on the front side of the vertical plate, the top end of the static sounding probe is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the vertical rod, and the vertical rod is fixedly connected with the top end of the static sounding probe. The top end of the vertical rod is fixedly connected with one end of a curling rod of the curling component, the curling component further comprises a curling shaft, the curling rod is wound around the curling shaft and extends to the lower side of the curling shaft or wound around the curling shaft along with rotation of the curling shaft, and a driving component is arranged on the front side face of the vertical plate and used for driving the vertical rod to move downwards or upwards along the vertical plate. The static sounding probe moves downwards or upwards along with the vertical rod and continuously penetrates into or is pulled out of the soil layer to be detected.
