The method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; s2, hoisting and positioning I-shaped steel; s3, joist steel connection is conducted, traditional joist steel is connected with the glass fiber joist steel through a web connecting steel plate and a wing plate connecting steel plate, and the glass fiber joist steel is connected with a glass fiber rib; and S4, machining and hoisting of the reinforcement cage are completed. The joint form that the glass fiber I-shaped steel is connected with the traditional I-shaped steel through the connecting steel plates and the high-strength bolts is adopted in the tunnel portal range, one-time forming is achieved, construction is easy and convenient, the problems that a traditional process construction method is tedious, and the safety quality control difficulty is large are solved, and the sealing quality of the joint in the tunnel portal range is improved; and meanwhile, the cost of locking pipes or milling concrete is saved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种盾构法隧道洞门位置地连墙接头施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1:施工准备;S2:工字钢吊装定位;S3:工字钢连接,传统工字钢通过腹板连接钢板和翼板连接钢板与玻璃纤维工字钢连接在一起,并将玻璃纤维工字钢与玻璃纤维筋连接在一起;S4:完成钢筋笼加工及吊装。本发明通过在洞门范围采用玻璃纤维工字钢上下与传统工字钢使用连接钢板及高强螺栓连接的接头形式,一次成型,施工简便,规避了传统工艺施工方法繁琐、安全质量控制难度大的问题,提高了洞门范围接头密封质量,同时节省了锁口管或套铣混凝土费用,减少了施工工期。
