Function-recoverable fabricated RCS frame node configuration
The invention provides a function-recoverable assembly type RCS frame node structure. A steel beam is fixed to the side wall of a prefabricated RC column; the steel beam comprises a cantilever beam section and a middle beam section; two sides of the two-way hinge are respectively mounted on a steel beam upper flange of the cantilever beam section and a steel beam upper flange of the middle beam section; two sides of the web shear plate are respectively mounted on a steel beam web of the cantilever beam section and a steel beam web of the middle beam section; the two sides of the T-shaped energy dissipation piece are installed on steel beam lower flanges of the cantilever beam section and the middle beam section correspondingly and connected through third high-strength bolts. A steel beam stiffening rib is arranged on the middle beam section, and the prestressed steel bar is tensioned and anchored between the steel beam stiffening rib and the prefabricated RC column. The device is simple in structure and clear in force transmission. When an earthquake acts, the T-shaped energy dissipation piece yields to dissipate energy, and the middle beam section rotates around the two-way hinge to deform; after an earthquake is finished, the prestressed steel bars retract to eliminate residual corners and deformation, meanwhile, the exposed T-shaped energy dissipation pieces of the lower flange are easy to replace after being damaged, and the structure has excellent energy dissipation capacity and function restorability.
本发明提供一种功能可恢复装配式RCS框架节点构型,钢梁固定在预制RC柱侧壁上;钢梁包括悬臂梁段和中间梁段;双向铰链两侧分别安装在悬臂梁段的钢梁上翼缘、中间梁段的钢梁上翼缘;腹板剪切板两侧分别安装在悬臂梁段的钢梁腹板、中间梁段的钢梁腹板;T形耗能件两侧分别安装在悬臂梁段、中间梁段的钢梁下翼缘,由第三高强螺栓连接;中间梁段上设有钢梁加劲肋,预应力钢棒张拉并锚固于钢梁加劲肋与预制RC柱之间。本发明构造简单、传力明确。地震作用时,T形耗能件屈服耗能,中间梁段绕双向铰链转动变形;地震结束后,预应力钢棒回缩消除残余转角与变形,同时,下翼缘外露的T形耗能件损伤后易于更换,实现结构兼具优异耗能能力和功能可恢复性。
