The invention provides a hemming profile steel section pitched roof structure and an installation method thereof.The pitched roof structure comprises a center node, a roof truss and purlins, each chord member of the roof truss comprises two pieces of hemming profile steel arranged side by side and a node plate distributed between the two pieces of hemming profile steel; the two pieces of curled profile steel clamp the gusset plates and are welded with the gusset plates to form chord members, and the two ends of web members of the roof truss are welded with the corresponding gusset plates respectively; a plurality of roof trusses are distributed around the central node, and the ends of the chord members are bolted on corresponding fixing plates on the central node; purlines are distributed between the adjacent roof trusses, second connecting plates are distributed on chord members of the roof trusses, and the two ends of each purline are in bolted connection with the corresponding second connecting plates respectively. The chord members of the roof truss are formed by welding the two pieces of curled profile steel and the gusset plates, modular batch production of the roof truss in a factory is achieved, then efficient installation of a slope roof structure on site is achieved, the labor cost is reduced, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种卷边型钢截面坡屋顶结构及其安装方法，其中，坡屋顶结构包括中心节点、屋架和檩条，屋架的弦杆均包括并列设置的两个卷边型钢及分布在这两个卷边型钢之间的节点板，两个卷边型钢均夹持住节点板并与节点板焊接从而形成弦杆，屋架的腹杆两端分别与相应的节点板焊接；绕中心节点分布有若干个屋架，弦杆的端头栓接在中心节点上相应的固定板上；相邻屋架之间均分布有檩条，在屋架的弦杆上分布有第二连接板，檩条的两端分别与相应的第二连接板栓接。屋架的弦杆通过两个卷边型钢和节点板焊接形成，实现屋架在工厂内模块化批量生产，进而实现现场坡屋顶结构的高效安装，且降低人工成本并保证施工质量。
