A ceiling joist and sliding rail integrated system comprises a sliding rail formed by splicing a plurality of ceiling joists in a transversely and vertically staggered mode, a joist corner piece and a pulley, each ceiling joist comprises a wheel carrier groove, supporting plates are arranged on the two parallel bottom edges of each wheel carrier groove respectively, a web is arranged in the center of the top of each wheel carrier groove, and a flange is arranged at the top of each web; the bottom end face of the keel corner piece is a ceiling supporting plate face, a 90-degree arc groove is formed in the ceiling supporting plate face, the two ends of the arc groove extend to form linear grooves, and the linear grooves are in butt joint with one ends of the wheel carrier grooves. First bayonets are arranged at the upper ends of the keel corner pieces corresponding to the ends of the arc grooves in a protruding mode, screw holes penetrate through the side walls of the first bayonets, one ends of the web plates are inserted into the first bayonets, the upper ends and the lower ends of the first bayonets abut against the bottom end faces of the flanges and the top end faces of the wheel carrier grooves, and screws are inserted into the screw holes to connect and fix the web plates. The assembly structure is simpler, and the production difficulty is reduced; the ceiling joist and the joist corner piece are connected and integrated, and the sliding rail steering direction is flexibly changed according to actual requirements.
