The righting and reinforcing method comprises the following steps that S1, data measurement is conducted on the current position of the old illuminated wall on site and the in-situ ground; s2, a fixing frame is installed on the outer side of the current position of the old illuminated wall, and then front-back correction of the current position of the old illuminated wall in the length direction is completed through the fixing frame and a pressing plate; s3, a constructional column is arranged on one side of the current position of the old wall, the constructional column extends into the in-situ ground, meanwhile, a steel tie bar penetrates through the current position of the old wall, and one side of the steel tie bar is anchored in the constructional column; s4, a first grouting pipe and a second grouting pipe are arranged on the in-situ ground and poured, and one side of the second grouting pipe is arranged in the constructional column in a penetrating mode; s5, the reinforcing steel plate and the other side of the constructional column are fixed on the other side of the current position of the old wall; and S6, after the overall structure is stable, the fixing frame is dismantled. The method is ingenious in design, the construction safety and efficiency are greatly improved, and it is guaranteed that the old wall is good in repairing effect and high in quality.
