The invention discloses a prestressed assembled type composite emergency vehicle bridge. Modularized bridge sections are prefabricated and assembled in a factory, single-lug and double-lug connecting pieces are adopted between the bridge sections, the bridge sections can be rapidly assembled in the field in situ, a bridge main beam is made of composite materials, and the total weight of the single bridge section is very light. Compared with a traditional V-shaped prestressed cable arrangement mode, the arrangement mode of the zigzag prestressed cables can greatly reduce the space requirement of a prestressed cable system and improve the adaptability of a bridge to obstacles such as pits, meanwhile, the cable arrangement square structure is powerful in stress on a beam type structure, the overall rigidity of the structure can be greatly improved, the mid-span bending moment of a bridge span can be reduced, and the construction cost is reduced. The bearing capacity of the bridge is improved. Besides, each single bridge section is formed by transversely connecting a plurality of composite square tube beams, and the ends of the square tubes are connected with the metal sleeves in a prestressed sleeve tooth manner, so that through trepanning of the ends of the composite tubes is avoided, and the connection reliability and the connection efficiency are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力拼装式复合材料应急车行桥。在工厂预制拼装模块化桥节,各桥节之间采用单双耳连接件,可在野外现地快速拼装,桥梁主梁采用复合材料制备,单个桥节总重量很轻。折形预应力索的布置方式,相较于传统“V”形预应力索布置方式,可大幅降低预应力索体系的空间要求,提高桥梁对坑洞等障碍物的适应能力,同时这种布索方对梁式结构受力有力,可大幅提升结构整体刚度,降低桥跨跨中弯矩,提升桥梁的承载能力。此外,单桥节由多个复合材料方管梁横向连接而成,方管端部与金属套的连接采用预应力套管齿的方式,避免对复合材料管端部的贯穿开孔,大幅提升了连接可靠性和连接效率。
