The invention discloses a bridge anti-seismic limiting device and a construction method thereof. The bridge anti-seismic limiting device comprises a supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a combined beam column, two abutting pieces are embedded in the bottom of the combined beam column, each abutting piece is fixedly connected with a limiting frame through a bolt, and elastic pieces are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the two sides of the combined beam column. During use, the two ends of the combined beam column are connected with a steel plate and a reinforcing steel bar which are pre-embedded in the bridge pier body, pouring sealing is conducted, meanwhile, the first connecting reinforcing steel bar, the first bearing plate, the second connecting reinforcing steel bar and the second bearing plate are pre-embedded in the box girder body, and therefore in the process that a bridge shakes to a large extent, pouring sealing is conducted. The combined beam column can effectively improve the torsion resistance of the pier body in cooperation with existing fighting equipment, and then the longitudinal limiting steel plates can effectively limit the position movement of the linkage bolts through the spring steel plates through the first connecting steel bars, the first bearing plates and the first connecting steel plates.
本发明公开了一种桥梁抗震限位装置及其施工方法,包括:支撑机构,支撑机构包括组合梁柱,组合梁柱底部嵌设有两个抵片,每个抵片通过螺栓均固定连接有限位框,组合梁柱两侧外表面均固定连接有弹性片。本发明中,使用时,将组合梁柱两端与桥墩本体内预埋的钢板和钢筋连接,并进行浇筑密封,同时将第一连接钢筋、第一承压板、第二连接钢筋和第二承压板预埋于箱梁本体内部,进而当桥梁发生较大程度晃动过程中,配合现有抗争设备使组合梁柱能够有效提高桥墩本体的抗扭能力,进而通过第一连接钢筋、第一承压板和第一连接钢板使纵向限位钢板能够通过弹簧钢板有效限制连动栓的位置移动。
