The invention relates to a road-crossing section small-radius steel box girder incremental launching construction method which comprises the following steps: splicing steel box girders and mounting guide girders, namely hoisting the steel box girders to a steel box girder assembling bracket and a steel box girder incremental launching bracket to be assembled, and mounting the guide girders at the front ends of the assembled steel box girders; incremental launching construction is conducted, in the incremental launching process, the speed ratio of walking type incremental launching equipment on the inner arc side and the outer arc side of the steel box girder and the guide girder needs to be adjusted to achieve arc incremental launching, and the steel box girder and the guide girder are made to make arc movement gradually along the designed arc till the steel box girder and the guide girder move to the specified positions; the steps of section-by-section pushing, section-by-section lengthening and continuous pushing are adopted for construction in the pushing process, the weight of the pushing structure can be effectively reduced, temporary facility investment is reduced to the maximum extent, the construction period is shortened, meanwhile, in the arc pushing process, arc pushing can be achieved by adjusting the speed ratio of walking type pushing equipment on the inner arc side and the outer arc side through an arc-shaped guide beam, and the construction efficiency is improved. By means of the scheme, the construction difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile the construction quality and the construction period can be effectively guaranteed.
