A support frame body is further fixed on the bearing platform foundation on the inner side of each abutment; the two ends of the arched net rack are fixed to the upper surfaces of the two symmetrical support frame bodies respectively, and the whole arched net rack covers the water surface between the two support frame bodies; at least two rows of symmetrical supporting bodies are vertically connected from the bottom surface of the arched net rack to the water bottom; the supporting body comprises a supporting combined frame body, a supporting platform and a steel pipe pile which are sequentially connected, and the bottom end of the steel pipe pile is inserted into the water bottom.
