The invention relates to a construction method for a pile foundation close to a subway. The construction method comprises the following steps that the total length of a pile foundation deep pile casing and the lengths of a plurality of sectional pile casings forming the pile foundation deep pile casing are determined; according to the determined total length of the pile foundation deep pile casing and the length of the sectional pile casing, the sectional pile casing is subjected to fixed-length machining, and a lengthening limiting stopper is welded to the sectional pile casing; the rotary drilling rig leads a hole in a segmented mode, and the segmented pile casing is lowered into the drill hole and lengthened until the pile foundation deep pile casing is arranged; continuously forming holes according to a conventional method to reach the designed depth of the pile foundation, lowering a reinforcement cage and pouring concrete to form the pile. The length of the sectional pile casing is adjusted according to the burial depth and geological conditions of a subway tunnel structure, the pile foundation deep pile casing is arranged in the mode that a rotary drilling rig is used for guiding holes in a segmented mode and the sectional pile casing is lengthened and lowered, then a pile is formed, a counter-force frame and a stacking block do not need to be arranged, and construction hindrance caused by large-area occupation of a construction area is avoided; and the influence of construction additional load on the subway tunnel structure is reduced to the greatest extent.
本发明涉及一种临近地铁桩基施工方法,包括如下步骤:确定桩基深护筒的总长度以及组成所述桩基深护筒的多个分节护筒的长度;根据确定的所述桩基深护筒的总长度以及所述分节护筒的长度,定尺加工所述分节护筒,并在所述分节护筒上焊接接长限位器;旋挖钻机分段引孔,下放所述分节护筒至钻孔内并接长,直至所述桩基深护筒设置完成;按照常规方法继续成孔达到桩基设计深度,下放钢筋笼并灌注混凝土成桩。根据地铁隧道结构的埋深及地质情况调整分节护筒长度,采用旋挖钻机分段引孔、分节护筒接长下放的方式设置桩基深护筒后再成桩,无需设置反力架和堆载块,避免大面积占用施工区域造成施工阻碍,最大程度降低施工附加载荷对地铁隧道结构的影响。
