The invention relates to an elastic sleeve, a connecting structure and a building connecting system.The elastic sleeve is used for being connected with a first structural part, a mounting hole is formed in the first structural part and comprises a first hole section and a second hole section which are arranged in the axial direction of the mounting hole, and the diameter of the first hole section is smaller than that of the second hole section; the elastic sleeve is provided with a first section and a second section which are mutually connected; wherein the outer diameter of the first section is smaller than that of the second section, the first section is used for being connected and matched with the inner wall of the first hole section when the elastic sleeve is inserted into the mounting hole, and the second section is used for being connected and matched with the inner wall of the second hole section when the elastic sleeve is inserted into the mounting hole. In the process that the elastic sleeve is gradually inserted into the mounting hole, the first section, with the smaller outer diameter, on the elastic sleeve moves to the first hole section from the second hole section, does not elastically deform in the second hole section and only elastically deforms in the first hole section, the extrusion force borne by the bottom, provided with the first section, of the elastic sleeve is reduced, and the service life of the elastic sleeve is prolonged.
