A construction method for top plug building of a post-built infilled wall is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, manufacturing and mounting a sphene, namely processing the sphene into a wedge-shaped sphene with the length of 100-150mm, b, mounting a steel wire mesh, namely arranging a galvanized steel wire mesh with the length of not less than 300mm on an interface between a building block gap and a plaster layer, c, slurry throwing and wetting: wetting the top surface of the wall body and the bottom of the concrete beam plate with water before seam filling; d, seam filling: filling the seam from one side of the wall body with polystyrene foam or fine aggregate concrete, and filling the other side of the wall body after solidification; during seam filling, compactness is guaranteed, preferably, dry hardness is adopted, and the surface is flush with the wall body after seam filling. The construction method for top plug building of the post-built filler wall has the advantages of replacing an inclined brick technology, counteracting deflection deformation of beams and plates, reducing cracks on the surface of the wall body, saving cost and being good in applicability.
一种后砌填充墙顶塞砌的施工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、制作、安装木榍:将木榍加工成楔形木榍,楔形木榍长度为100‑150mm,b、安装钢丝网:砌块缝隙与抹灰层的交界面设置长度不小于300mm的镀锌钢丝网,c、甩浆湿润:在塞缝前用水湿润墙体顶面及混凝土梁板底,d、发泡胶或细石混凝土塞缝:塞缝时先从墙体一侧进行,待凝固后再行填塞另一侧;塞缝时保证密实,以干硬性为宜,塞缝后表面与墙体一平。本发明的后砌填充墙顶塞砌的施工方法具有代替斜砖工艺,抵消梁、板的挠度变形,减少墙体表面裂缝,节约成本和良好的适用性的优点。
