By arranging the first uniform feeding device and the second uniform feeding device, steel plates can be conveniently and fixedly arranged on the outer portions of the two sides of the reinforced concrete column from low to high in sequence through the first uniform feeding device and the second uniform feeding device; the steel plate is fixedly arranged outside the reinforced concrete column, so that the reinforced concrete column is fully and effectively reinforced, and the heavy steel plate is conveniently and fixedly arranged outside the high reinforced concrete column in a labor-saving mode through the device.
