On the basis that the bottom pressure is reduced through sectional type pouring, the steel plate is adopted for blocking after each section is poured, the steel plate serves as a medium, and the gravity of top pouring is applied to the reinforcement cage, so that the reinforcement cage bears the load in the axial direction of the reinforcement cage, the load can be prevented from being directly applied to bottom concrete, and the service life of the reinforcement cage is prolonged. Upper-layer construction can be carried out when bottom concrete is not completely solidified, the construction period is shortened, and the efficiency is improved.
