The invention provides a telescopic anti-collision fence device which comprises a fixed baffle, extending baffles and a protection plate, and the extending baffles are arranged on the two opposite sides of the fixed baffle and can slide to be close to or away from the fixed baffle; a clamping piece is arranged at the end part, far away from the fixed baffle plate, of the extension baffle plate; the plate face of the protection plate and the plate face of the fixed baffle are connected through an elastic buffering assembly. By means of the fixed baffles and the extending baffles, the variability of the enclosure area is improved, and the construction efficiency of the enclosure device is improved; the protective plate and the elastic buffer device can reduce or eliminate the influence of external impact on the fixed baffle, prevent the fixed baffle from toppling or being damaged, and improve the stability of the fence device.
