Road bumping detection and classification method
The invention relates to a road bumping detection and classification method, which comprises the following steps of: loading a vibration sensor on a vehicle, acquiring three-axis acceleration recorded by the vibration sensor on the vehicle in real time, searching a position where abnormal bumping occurs on a road surface by utilizing convolution and waveform through the acquired acceleration, and simultaneously utilizing a machine vision and deep learning method to detect and classify the abnormal bumping on the road surface. On the basis of setting a basic preset position, a pan-tilt camera is automatically controlled to rotate, the distance of a lens is stretched, road surface information such as road surface telescopic joints, deceleration strips, repairing, well lids and pit slots is collected, and the road surface information and the road surface information are crossed and analyzed to obtain reasons for generating abnormal jolts. The road surface can be efficiently and conveniently detected so as to find and analyze the problem that the safety and the comfort level of the vehicle are reduced due to the fact that no limiting measures are taken for the vehicle under the bumpy road surface condition. Manual interference is not needed in the system operation process, and an analysis result can be directly uploaded to a background data end.
本发明涉及一种路面颠簸的检测和分类方法,利用振动传感器装载在车辆上,在车辆上实时采集振动传感器所记录的三轴加速度,通过采集的加速度来利用卷积和波形去寻找路面产生异常颠簸的位置,同时,利用机器视觉及深度学习方法,在设置基础预置位的基础上,自动控制云台相机转动、拉伸镜头远近,实现对路面伸缩接缝,减速带,修补,井盖,坑槽等路面信息的采集,两者交叉进行分析得到产生异常颠簸的原因。可高效且方便的对路面进行检测,以发现和分析颠簸路面路况下不对车辆采取限制措施易导致车辆安全性和舒适度下降的问题。系统运转过程中无需人工干扰,分析结果可直接上传至后台数据端。
