Perlite-based ecological concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, and particularly discloses perlite-based ecological concrete and a preparation method thereof. The perlite-based ecological concrete is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: cement, recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, an additive, water, expanded perlite, a water permeable agent and porous expanded vermiculite, and the water permeable agent is prepared from modified fluorinated silicone rubber, carbon fibers and tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the recycled coarse aggregate, the recycled fine aggregate, the additive, the expanded perlite, the water permeable agent and the porous expanded vermiculite to obtain a premix; and mixing the water, the cement and the premix to obtain the cement. The perlite-based ecological concrete prepared by the invention is relatively good in permeability coefficient and compressive strength.
