The front side and the rear side of the compaction area are flat; when the pressing roller rotates around the shaft rod, the spread slurry is compacted, the lifting mechanism drives the shaft rod and the pressing roller to gradually move upwards, then layer-by-layer spreading and compacting operation is achieved, the compacting effect of a compacting area is better, and the construction quality of the plastic track is improved.
本发明公布了一种塑胶跑道施工装置,包括支撑板、安装座、压辊、提升机构和动力机构,支撑板的左侧固接定型板,支撑板上固接料箱,安装座内设有料腔,料腔与料箱之间固接料管,料腔的底部转动连接转动环,压辊通过U形架安装,U形架上转动连接轴杆,还固接滑动轴,滑动轴与转动环活动连接,提升机构用于带动轴杆上升,动力机构用于为提升机构提供动力,动力机构还用于带动转动环转动,本发明的有益效果如下:通过定型板在两侧进行定位,使得压实区的前后两侧平整;压辊绕轴杆转动时,对摊铺后的浆料进行压实,提升机构带动轴杆和压辊逐渐上移,进而实现逐层的摊铺和压实操作,使得压实区的压实效果更好,提高塑胶跑道的施工质量。
