The invention provides a box culvert construction method and a construction formwork, and the method comprises the steps: firstly designing and processing an inner formwork system and an outer formwork system, then adopting a traditional technology to install a bottom plate small formwork and reinforcing steel bars to complete bottom plate concrete pouring of a whole box culvert, and completing installation of reinforcing steel bars of side walls and a top plate of the box culvert after the concrete strength reaches a specified value requirement; the walking line position of a movable formwork in the box culvert is accurately measured and positioned, the movable formwork is pushed to enter the box culvert, and concrete pouring is conducted on the side walls and a top plate of the box culvert; after the concrete strength of the side wall and the top plate reaches the specified demolding value requirement, demolding is started, and the inner mold system and the outer mold system are moved to the next section for construction; and the steps of pouring and formwork moving in place are repeated, and concrete pouring of the side walls and the top plates of all the remaining segments of the box culvert is completed. 本发明提供一种箱型涵洞施工方法及施工模架,该方法首先设计并加工内模系统和外模系统,而后采用传统工艺安装底板小模板及钢筋完成整个箱涵的底板混凝土浇筑,待混凝土强度达到规定值要求后,完成箱涵侧墙及顶板钢筋的安装;准确测量定位箱涵中移动模架的行走线位,推动移动模架进入箱涵并进行箱涵侧墙及顶板混凝土浇筑;待侧墙及顶板混凝土强度达到脱模规定值要求后,开始脱模并移动该内模系统和外模系统至下一节段施工;重复上述浇筑及模板移动就位步骤,完成箱涵剩余所有节段的侧墙及顶板混凝土浇筑。以解决传统涵洞工程施工工艺重复、繁杂,安全风险因素多,整体外观难以控制,且作业人员施工强度大、施工周期长等问题。属于公路、铁路、市政工程施工领域。
