The invention provides an ecological management method for a water-level-fluctuating zone of a reservoir of a pumped storage power station. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring water level data of the reservoir, exposure time of each elevation and a sunshine duration range; determining a hydro-fluctuation belt range according to the water level data; according to the water level data, the exposure time of each elevation in the range of the hydro-fluctuation belt, the sunshine time range and the like, the hydro-fluctuation belt is subjected to zoning treatment comprehensively, and the zones comprise an engineering measure treatment zone, an ecological treatment protection zone and a vegetation recovery buffer zone. Therefore, by accurately dividing the treatment areas of the water-level-fluctuating zone of the pumped storage power station and configuring different treatment measures for different areas, the ecological treatment problem of the water-level-fluctuating zone can be fundamentally solved.
