The pre-stressed anchor cable assembly comprises a linear anchor cable and a curved anchor cable located above the linear anchor cable. According to the method, the assembled precast concrete tower crane foundation is locked through the special curve anchor cables, the foundation fastening effect is achieved, meanwhile, the internal force of the precast concrete beam can be effectively reduced, the condition for guaranteeing the bearing stability is small, and the overall size, weight and manufacturing cost of the precast beam can be further controlled.
