The invention relates to a device for repairing water seepage cracks of concrete through electro-deposition and a use method of the device, aims at solving the problems existing in the research of repairing the water seepage cracks of an underground structure through an electro-deposition method at present, and is provided by combining the actual service environment of the underground structure. The characteristics of the environment where the underground structure is located are fully considered, real scenes of an upstream face and a downstream face are simulated, and the asymmetric structure is introduced into experimental research; meanwhile, by arranging the test tubes with different heights, under the condition that the concrete crack is the only channel for water flowing, different water pressures caused by different water layers on site can be simulated, and then the influence of different seepage velocities on electro-deposition repair is researched. Compared with a traditional electro-deposition repair simulation device, the simulation device considers the real situation of repairing the underground structure crack by the electro-deposition method, can introduce the field influence factors into the research more appropriately, reduces the experimental error, and can effectively promote the mechanism exploration process in the electro-deposition field.
本发明涉及一种电沉积修复混凝土渗水裂缝的装置及其使用方法,针对目前使用电沉积法修复地下结构渗水裂缝的研究中存在的问题,结合地下结构实际服役环境提出,该装置能够模拟不同水压和流速的情况,充分考虑了地下结构所处的环境特点,模拟“迎水面”和“背水面”的真实场景,将这种非对称结构引入实验研究中;同时,通过设置不同高度的试管,在混凝土裂缝是水流动的唯一通道的情况下,可模拟现场不同水层导致的不同水压,进而研究不同渗流速度对电沉积修复的影响。对比传统的电沉积修复模拟装置,考虑电沉积法修复地下结构裂缝的真实情况,可将现场的影响因素更加贴切地引入研究当中,减小实验的误差,能有效地推动了电沉积领域的机理探索进程。
