A desilting device of an irrigation area water conservancy system comprises a desilting mechanism, the desilting mechanism comprises a sludge storage container, a rotating shaft, a desilting driving component and a flexible conveying auger, a lifting pipeline is arranged on the lower portion of the sludge storage container, spiral blades are arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft and extend into the lifting pipeline, and the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the desilting driving component; and the flexible conveying auger is connected with the sludge storage container. During use, the dredging driving component drives the rotating shaft and the spiral blade to rotate, hardened sludge is crushed under rotation of the spiral blade and climbs upwards, the sludge can be lifted to the sludge storage container as much as possible and then conveyed to the shore from the flexible conveying auger, and the sludge cleaning work is completed. And the vertical rotating shaft and rotating blade structure realizes crushing and lifting of hardened sludge, so that the device can operate stably, and the working efficiency is improved. The double-auger structure is adopted, so that the functions of crushing, lifting and conveying hardened sludge are integrated, the structure is simple, the operation is stable, and the working efficiency is high.
