The device comprises an integrated shell, a pressure sensor, a bypass valve assembly, an electromagnetic valve assembly, a one-way valve assembly and a filter screen assembly, the bypass valve assembly is mounted on an external interface at the upper part of the integrated shell; the one-way valve assembly is installed in a one-way valve cavity in the integrated shell. The electromagnetic valve assembly is mounted on an electromagnetic valve interface on the side surface of the integrated shell and positioned on the side surface of the vacuum pump interface; the number of the pressure sensors is two, and the two pressure sensors are installed on the sensor interfaces in the side face of the integrated shell through threads. The filter screen assembly is located in the integrated shell and installed on a filter screen assembly connector in the bottom of the integrated shell. The filter screen assembly is located below the one-way valve assembly.
