The invention relates to the technical field of municipal sewer desilting, and particularly discloses a municipal sewer efficient desilting method and desilting device.The municipal sewer efficient desilting method comprises the following steps that (1) the upstream is intercepted; (2) cutting more than one drainage channel in the sludge layer; (3) collecting sludge by using a sludge collecting device; (4) conveying the sludge to a dehydration barrel by using a negative pressure adsorption pipe; (5) dividing into washing sections; (6) injecting water and soaking; (7) mechanically stirring; and (8) drainage operation. Sludge stirring blades are arranged at the front part of the collecting device body, and a spiral conveyor is arranged at the rear part of the collecting device body; a draining plate is arranged above the bottom of the dewatering barrel; a draining sleeve is detachably arranged on the draining plate; an extrusion disc is arranged on the barrel cover in a liftable manner; and a negative-pressure extraction opening is further formed in the upper part of the dewatering barrel. The device is convenient to operate, and through innovative use of automatic electric equipment, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is remarkably improved.
